Itinerary
Arrive at Hanoi an oldest capital city in the world, a charming city showcasing its old colonial architecture. Enjoy water puppet show to discover the beauty of this unique Vietnam traditional art in well synchronized musical show.
Proceed to Halong by coach. Halong Bay – UNESCO World Heritage site, stunning limestone mountains, emerald waters offers a magical view. On arrival enjoy cruise through the spectacular Halong Bay, see thousands of limestone islets rising from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Tonkin and visit limestone caves from inside beautiful formations of stalagmite and stalactite. Later proceed to Hanoi by coach.
Enjoy city orientation tour which includes Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, the One Pillar Pagoda. Visit the first university of Vietnam – the temple of literature, further proceed to visit the Army museum also known as the Vietnam Military History Museum, which is one of the seven national museums in Vietnam. This museum houses authentic war relics, collection of weaponry used during the wars. In the evening stroll around old narrow streets and colourful local markets.
Board the flight to Siem Reap – Jewel of South East Asia, Cheerful city with Ancient history. Capital city of Khmer empire. On arrival enjoy Cambodian traditional dance show with variety of local cuisine.
Today visit the world famous temples Angkor Thom -Southern gate, Elephant terrace and Lepper king terraces and ancient bridge, Bayon complex etc. Visit Ta Prohm Temple – A battle between nature and architecture in the Cambodian jungle. Angkor Wat – UNESCO World heritage site, The largest religious monument in the world. One of the most magnificent archaeological site. Later enjoy Cambodian traditional massage.
In the morning witness Angkor Wat from a tethered balloon ride, which gives you a breathtaking view of the temple’s surroundings as it floats around 120 meters above the ground (Weather permitting). Later, visit Banteay Srei temple- A 10th-century Cambodian temple dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva. Visit Killing Fields museum (Wat Thmey) and Later proceed to visit The Tonle Sap the largest freshwater lake in South-east Asia and one of the richest inland fishing grounds in the world, by ferry. Here, you can witness floating villages and Crocodile farms. Later enjoy free time for Shopping at Night Market.
Proceed to board the flight to Ho Chi Minh the most dazzling city of Vietnam. On arrival visit CU CHI TUNNELS – Network of underground tunnels used as hideouts, living quarters and supply routes for the Viet Cong during the Vietnam War never discovered by American forces.
Enjoy city tour on a jeep ride. On this tour, enjoy great views as you zip around the city in an open-top Jeep and see some of the most popular attractions, including Reunification Palace, the Jade Emperor Pagoda, the War Remnants Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, Saigon Post Office, Opera House, Ben Thanh Market. Later proceed to visit War Museum of Ho Chi Minh.
Today we enjoy a full day excursion to Mekong Delta. This Delta is located in southern Vietnam and has a stunning maze of rivers, islets, small villages with rice paddies and fruit plantations. This is a water world where floating houses, boats and markets float upon the in numerous canals, rivers, and streams that intersect on the landscape like arteries.
