Itinerary
Arrive at Ljubljana – the capital city of Slovenia.
Proceed to Bled also called as ‘Alpine Pearl’. Visit the Bled Castle, take ‘Pletna’ boat ride to visit the island and St. Mary’s church in the middle of Bled Lake. Arrive in Ljubljana. Walking orientation city tour includes the University, Preseren square, Triple Bridge, Open market, the Baroque Town hall, Cathedral of St. Nicholas and the Dragon Bridge. Take a funicular ride to the medieval Ljubljana castle. Visit the Photo Exhibition at Ljubljana Castle.
Visit Postojna cave as well as a museum that features Proteus – also called ‘Human Fish’. Proceed to Zadar. Enjoy architectural wonder “Sea Organ” it is an experimental musical instrument which plays music by way of sea waves and tubes located underneath a set of large marble steps interact and creates harmonic sound. Later enjoy visit to Greeting to the sun to experience most amazing sunset with the colorful mosaic into the sky with lights created by solar energy saved during the day.
Proceed to Split. On arrival enjoy Walking tour of the historic inner city, built around the Roman Emperor Diocletian’s Palace – a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site. See the remnants of Split’s Roman heritage, its Renaissance and Gothic structures, Jupiter’s Temple, the Peristyle and the Cathedral.
Proceed to Blue cave. Take a speedboat ride Bisevo Island, whose highlight is the Blue Cave. Visit Komiza- fishermen village on Viz Island. Later visit Haver town and free time – one of the most beautiful harbors in the world, and a rich cultural heritage as well. Its seven-century old walls still survive, as well as many 15th-17thC Venetian era noble houses and public buildings.
Proceed to Dubrovnik. On arrival enjoy walking tour of “Old Dubrovnik”; the Rector’s Palace, the Bell Tower Clock, Orlando’s Column and the Sponza Palace. You will also visit the Dominican Monastery and Franciscan Monastery with its own Pharmacy, one of the oldest in the world.
Proceed to Plitvice National Park. Arrive in Plitvice National Park – Plitvice National Park – on the UNESCO World Heritage list since 1979.
Enjoy thousands of sparkling falls, clean pure air, the great Splasher, idyllic boat ride on Lake Kozjak, take a walk on one of 18km marked trails. Arrive in Zagreb- the city boasts a charming medieval ‘old city’ with architecture.
City orientation tour of Zagreb, which includes the Upper Town – St Mary’s church with its multi-colored tile roof, the baroque church of St. Catherine, the Cathedral of St Stephen and the Parliament with the Government Palace. Take a stroll in Dolac Market. In the Lower Town – statue of Ban Jelacic, the 19th century National Theater, Museum of Arts and Crafts, the University. Visit the Mirogoj Cemetery and the most beautiful Park in Zagreb – Maksimir one of the first public gardens in Europe and the world.
